Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ICTNET digital properties, services, or preview experiences (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Services are intended for business users and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify ICTNET immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

3. Use of the services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable regulations. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any ICTNET systems or data.
  • Use automated scripts, scraping, or reverse engineering to extract confidential information.

4. Fees and payment

Paid offerings, add-ons, or usage-based features are billed according to the plan presented at purchase or in a separate order form. You agree to provide accurate billing information, pay all applicable charges and taxes, and resolve disputes within 15 days of the invoice date. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Content and intellectual property

All materials made available through the Services, including software, documentation, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ICTNET or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for their intended purpose. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated herein.

6. Submissions and feedback

By submitting ideas, feature requests, or other materials to ICTNET, you grant ICTNET a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such content without obligation to you. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless a separate agreement is in place.

7. Service availability and maintenance

ICTNET may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily impact availability. Preview or beta functionality may change at any time without notice. ICTNET is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including network or infrastructure outages.

8. Data and privacy

ICTNET processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you provide, but grant ICTNET the right to process it solely to deliver and improve the Services. You are responsible for obtaining consents and meeting regulatory obligations related to your data.

9. Third-party integrations

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party solutions. ICTNET is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such external resources, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. ICTNET disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. ICTNET does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICTNET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the Services, even if ICTNET has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ICTNET and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Suspension and termination

ICTNET may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these terms or if continued use poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, but clauses that by their nature should survive (e.g., confidentiality, IP ownership, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

14. Export compliance

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to embargoes or sanctions. You will not use the Services in violation of applicable export or import laws.

15. Changes to these terms

ICTNET may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material updates will be communicated via this page or other reasonable channels. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ICTNET is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Notices

ICTNET may send legal notices or updates via email, in-product messages, or by posting to this site. Notices are deemed delivered when sent to the email address associated with your account or when posted publicly on the Services.

18. SMS text messaging

By providing a mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize ICTNET ("ICTNET") to send automated, transactional, or service-related SMS (text) messages to that number.

Types of messages

SMS messages may include:

  • Microsoft Teams service alerts
  • Account-related notifications
  • Operational or system updates

ICTNET does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on system activity, service events, and account usage.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. ICTNET is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Opt-in methods

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by enabling SMS notifications within your Microsoft 365 account, requesting SMS alerts from ICTNET IT Services, or providing written or electronic consent during onboarding or support interactions.

Opt-out instructions

You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

For help, reply HELP to any message or submit a request through the contact form.

Customer care

Customer care inquiries, billing questions, or service disputes can be submitted via the contact form, which routes directly to the ICTNET Support team for follow-up.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used solely to deliver SMS notifications and is not shared with third parties. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Delivery disclaimer

ICTNET is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by mobile carriers, network issues, or device limitations. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
